Desert Vintage Restoration handles both period restoration and restomod builds in-house, and also takes on everyday repair, so it fits whether you want a numbers-correct car or a modern drivetrain under classic sheet metal. Founded in 2015 by Larry Garrel and run with his sons out of a Tempe shop since 2020, the team has worked on everything from a 1967 Corvette Sting Ray restomod to a 1969 Ford Bronco. Unusually for full-build work, it positions at the value end rather than the premium end.
