These terms cover your purchase and use of The Shop Vetting System. By buying or using it, you agree to them.

Who we are

Restore My Classicis a brand of Division One, LLC. When these terms say “we” or “us,” that's who they mean. You can reach us at dorian@restoremyclassic.com.

What you're buying

The Shop Vetting System is a digital information product — a set of files including the playbook, the comparison spreadsheet, the attorney workbook, an email course, and the included bonuses. It is general information, not legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. It costs $19 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own restoration decisions. Please don't redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post the files. The license is for you, not for resale or sharing.

Not legal or financial advice

The contract and change-order clauses are a starting draft for your own attorney to review and localize for your state and your situation. They are not legal advice and don't create an attorney-client relationship. Any statute references are research notes, not a legal opinion. Cost ranges and budget guidance are informational, not financial advice. Before you sign a contract or commit money, consult a licensed attorney and any other professionals your decision warrants.

No guarantee of outcome

The system is a diligence tool. We don't guarantee that a shop you select will perform, that a project will finish on time or on budget, or any particular result. The product helps you make a more informed decision — it doesn't control what a third-party shop does. Our refund guarantee is set out in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The files, text, templates, and design of The Shop Vetting Systemare owned by Division One, LLC, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase gives you the license described above; it doesn't transfer ownership.

Merchant of record

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for The Shop Vetting Systemand handles payment processing and order fulfillment. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms at checkout.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (Governing law and venue — TBD, pending counsel review.)
