Refund Policy

The Shop Vetting Systemcomes with a 30-day, conditional guarantee. The goal was never to sell you a PDF — it was to get you to a shop decision you can sleep with. If the system doesn't deliver that, it failed, and you shouldn't pay for a failure.

The guarantee

If you run the system, complete the 47 questions on at least one of your candidate shops, and still don't have a clear, defensible decision — commit or walk away, with documented reasoning either way — you get your $19 back.

The window is 30 days from purchase. That's enough time to run the system properly on a real shop decision, not to skim it at 11pm and give up.

How to request a refund

Send one email to dorian@restoremyclassic.com within 30 days of your purchase. That email processes your refund the same day. You don't need to send back the files or argue your case — the condition above is the whole bar.

What you bought

This is a one-time purchase of a digital product. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Once you buy it, it's yours permanently, including after any refund window has passed.

Merchant of record

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for The Shop Vetting System. They handle payment processing and the mechanics of issuing your refund back to your original payment method. Refund timing to your card or account follows their processing and your bank's schedule.
