Restore My Classicis a brand of Division One, LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
Your email address, if you subscribe to our list or buy the product. That's the personal information we hold. We don't sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.
How we collect and use it
We store and send email through our email provider, and use it to deliver the product, the email course, and occasional updates you asked for. For site analytics we use Plausible, which is cookieless, collects no personal data, and does no cross-site tracking — it tells us aggregate things like which pages get read, not who you are.
Payment data
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They process your card and billing details under their own privacy policy. We don't see or store your card number.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You can request that we delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing dorian@restoremyclassic.com, and we'll honor it.
Cookies
We keep cookies minimal. Our analytics (Plausible) are cookieless and set no tracking cookies. Lemon Squeezy may set cookies needed to process a purchase at checkout.
Children's privacy
This is a product for adult car owners. It's not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted clearly.
